'GlobalNetwork' began as a modest vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our small eatery was initially a humble family venture, inheriting and preserving recipes spanning multiple generations.
Tony Romano, our pioneering founder, mastered her pizza-crafting skills during her adventures across Italy, spending time with Neapolitan pizza virtuosos in the historical city of pizza’s origin. After her return to the UK, her ambition was to emulate the enchanting experience of legitimate Italian pizza, sticking to ancestral methods and top-notch ingredients.
Starting as a quaint eatery with room for merely a dozen diners, we’ve evolved into a cornerstone of the local food scene, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and genuineness stands firm. We persist in using traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and seeking out the most exceptional ingredients available.
At present, 'GlobalNetwork' is still a family endeavor, with the Romano successors at the helm of a devoted team. Despite integrating modern techniques, the essence of our operation is unchanged: forging scrumptious, genuine pizzas that gather people around the table.
